Dream Tree Charter and Mission:

• Dream Tree specializes in serving the needs of passionate singer-songwriters, duos and small bands who want great sounding organic material but don’t need large, expensive studios to get amazing results.

• We offer a very clean, professionally-designed space with high-end gear and professional engineers and producers who live and breathe acoustic music and recording.

• The studio provides a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where both aspiring recording artists and experienced musicians who value playing real instruments can grow and improve their craft.

• Services include both professional audio recording, mixing and song development as well as video recordings both in studio and on location for solo artists, bands, vocal groups and choirs.

• Special package options are not hourly-based, rather project-based, lowering the stress level of performing on demand. We’ll capture the winning sound or perfect shot even if it requires a few takes.

• Emphasis is on song development and pristine recordings in a sonically-treated, live room overlooking a forest in the West Hills of Portland, OR; studio includes an adjoining game room as well as a small kitchen to relax and eat. A perfect area to burn-off steam between takes while recording your next EP.

Basic Hourly Recording/MIXING Rate - $60/hour

• Recording includes audio engineer to facilitate recording process and operate the Digital Audio Workstation (DAW)

• Mixing sessions can be attended (preferred) or mixed off-line after tracking sessions
